Description

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing digital signage team. You’ll be playing a key part in an ambitious team, working with a wide variety of internal departments and experts to manage digital campaigns for a high profile international retailer. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the digital screen campaigns: from content creation (static and animations) through to scheduling, proofing and loading of content into our internal content management system. The candidate may also work on the development of new functionality with our software development team as new requirements are briefed by our Account Management team.

The perfect candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to demonstrate their ability to manage POS campaigns in a fast moving market, whilst being able to remain calm under pressure. In addition you will be a strong administrator, prepared to take ownership of the process and ensure that all QC checks are in place before every campaign launches.

Whilst detailed technical support will be provided from our experts across the business, a good understanding of managing in-store merchandising or other forms of Marketing POS campaigns would be very advantageous in helping to provide a valued service to our wider client team.

Day-to-day responsibilities

Management of end-to-end process for digital screen campaigns for our primary client.

Liaise with various departments within business (scheduling, multimedia, Customer Response Centre, software development etc.) to enable the delivery of each campaign.

Work with client Account Management and Project Management teams on briefs and implementing campaign work to bring it to fruition.

Liaise with Account Management and Project Management client teams, as well as our own internal teams, on any desired new functionality and the prioritisation of this functionality within our roadmap, as well as cost control of development.

Liaise with our Customer Response Centre and 3rd party providers on support for screens relating to the campaigns.

Managing costs and quotes for campaigns and additional projects


What we’re looking for

A strong understanding of digital screen campaigns, in-store merchandising or POS campaigns

Ability to problem-solve and find the most effective answer

Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Excellent attention to detail

Good to advanced Microsoft Excel use

Basic understanding of various image / video formats e.g. jpeg, pdf, mp4. would be ideal although training will be given

Process driven – ensuring all checks and milestones are followed thoroughly
