Kind Consultancy is working with a well-established and respected insurance business which is currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join their Birmingham offices. This is a hybrid position requiring one in-office day per week and paying up to £25,000.

The Sales & Marketing Administrator will focus on providing administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Director, with key responsibilities including:

- Managing diaries, arranging meetings and supporting the Director's email management 

- Attending a wide range of internal team meetings, recording and distributing minutes when required 

- Supporting in the drafting of presentations and reports, ensuring a monthly cycle of KPIs are recorded and distributed 

- Providing proactive administration support to the wider Sales and Marketing Team 

- Recording all prospect interactions via a CRM system, maintaining accurate prospect records

- Has 3 or more years of administration support experience

Kind Consultancy is working with a well-established Retail Financial Services business which is currently seeking multiple Relationship Development Assistants to join their offices in the West Midlands. 



Relationship Development Assistants

Kind Consultancy are currently seeking an Interim Deputy Chief Risk Officer for a large Financial Services network. This is initially a 6 month role that will be predominantly remote requiring ad-hoc travel to offices in the West Midlands, the South West and the North East. This is an exciting opportunity to join an already market-leading and fast-growing organisation at a critical moment in their expansion.

This role is available on an outside IR35 contract basis or FTC, rate negotiable and dependent on experience.

The Interim Deputy Chief Risk Officer will be responsible for providing strategic direction to, and management of, the Risk & Compliance Function and ongoing management of the firm's risk and compliance profile, including operational, conduct, compliance, business and strategic risks. 

Key responsibilities will include:

- Building and leading the 2nd Line of Defence, embedding an effective and appropriate risk & governance framework
- Assessing risk throughout the division, considering the needs of the customer and the requirements of the FCA, monitoring the progress of risk mitigation activities, and ensuring that relevant risk measurements and reports are made available to the Executive team
- Communicate to key stakeholders regarding the risk profile of the business. 
- Deliver regular risk analysis reports to company executives complete with actionable plans for avoiding or preventing potential threats at all levels
- Develop and implement the risk management policies, standards and processes, and monitor their compliance.
- Embedding a positive culture of confident and informed risk-taking through training, communication and promotion of the agreed risk framework.
- Identify and address potential threats to the financial stability of the company, to the company’s regulatory status, and to the company’s reputation

For the Interim Deputy Chief Risk Officer opportunity, we're looking for candidates who:

- Have experience of managing and overseeing the delivery of control function responsibilities 

- Possess extensive knowledge of Financial Services markets, activities and regulations

- Are fully conversant with the FCA reporting, regulations, and standards

- Have a background in Mortgage, Insurance or Intermediary 

- Have very strong people management skills and experience in dealing with complex business models
