Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 + excellent benefits.

Overview:

Working for a global training organisation, you will supporting individuals achieve AAT qualifications and progress their career. No formal training or coaching experience is required and you will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the professional education sector.

A typical week:

-Provide remote 1-1 coaching sessions
-Review & feedback on assignments
-Prepare students for exams
-Work with host employers

You'll need the following for this role:

-12 months Accountancy sector experience
-AAT L4 qualified or Accounting degree or part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA
-Professional & clear communication skills
-Interest or experience in training
