My client runs facilities management for a large facility in Blackburn and they run an on site Helpdesk which fields calls and logs them on a bespoke system. After logging we need to liaise with engineers and subcontractors to progress each job to completion
Skills for Helpdesk Administrator
Great customer service
Knowledge of CAFM system or similar would be handy but training is provided.
Ability to multi task
Ability to work in a team
Good communication skills
