Description
Kenton Black are currently working with a reputable housebuilder who has a proven track record of delivering high quality housing developments across the country. They are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager with a background in private/social housing projects to join their site management team on a development in Laurencekirk. The contract is expected to run for at least 6 months with the opportunity of a permanent contract after the initial temporary assignment.
The successful Assistant Site Manager will require;
- Experience of delivering private and social housing developments
- A strong background in site management
- Valid CSCS card
- SMSTS 5 day course
- First aid
Pay rate- £24-26ph DOE
