Description
Public Practice recruitment specialists, Crowe Watson, are very excited to be working alongside a forward thinking firm of Chartered Accountants who are now seeking to recruit an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior/Senior to join their team in Halesowen.
The successful individual will undertake a varied role in which the workload will primarily consist of leading audits from planning to completion, preparation and review of statutory accounts and exposure to a wide range of clients from an array of industries and sectors.
The role also involves the training and development of junior members of staff as well as extensive client interaction, therefore strong communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA Qualified (Part Qualified also considered) with experience of leading external audits from planning to completion, they should also have a background in practice.

Responsibilities
Leading audits from planning to completion
Preparation of statutory accounts for audit and non-audit clients
Preparation of corporation tax computations
Reviewing the work of junior staff
Dealing with ad hoc client queries
Training and developing junior members of staff
Requirements
ACA/ACCA Part Qualified/Qualified
Experience of taking part in audits
Experience of working in practice is essential
