Public Practice recruitment specialists Crowe Watson are pleased to be working with an independent firm of chartered accountants in Cleckheaton who, due to continued growth, are seeking a Business Services Semi Senior to join their growing team.
This is an opportunity to join a forward thinking firm where there will be excellent scope for career progression.
The ideal candidate will be AAT Qualified or may have started studying towards ACA or ACCA (QBE also considered) from a general practice background and will be experienced in the preparation of year end statutory accounts, management accounts, VAT returns, bookkeeping, tax compliance and ideally have a good working knowledge of cloud software (Xero, Quickbooks).
Our client is offering an excellent remuneration and benefits package including full ACA/ACCA study support (optional), flexible working hours.

Responsibilities
Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
Corporation tax computations
Preparation of management accounts
Preparation of VAT returns & bookkeeping
Liaising with HMRC
Requirements
AAT Qualified/ACA or ACCA Student/Part Qualified
QBE also considered
Minimum of 2 years practice experience is essential
