About the Role
The Business Solutions Analyst supports project delivery through clear analysis, effective documentation and high-quality reporting. The position centres on data insights, dashboard development and process improvement, working closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure business needs are translated into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document business requirements across multiple projects.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Analyse project and operational data to support decision-making.
• Produce reports, presentations and project documentation.
• Support workflow improvements and digital tool adoption.
• Build strong relationships across teams to ensure project success.

Skills and Experience
• Minimum five years’ experience in business analysis or data-focused roles.
• Strong Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
• Confident in analysing data, interpreting trends and presenting insights.
• Skilled in documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with regulatory or compliance projects is an advantage.
