This is a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing enthusiastic Compliance Co-ordinator to join a forward-thinking company who has their eyes on the future. You will be working in a small friendly supportive team. The main focus of this job role is to maintain a bespoke database, assist in the scheduling of work, answer client telephone calls and email enquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Answering client telephone calls and email enquiries
• Updating the CRM and converting information into Excel Spreadsheets
• Speaking to landlords and scheduling appointments for inspections etc
• Checking timeframes of work already scheduled to ensure it’s within the correct timeframe for compliance
• Monitoring the progress of cases
• Uploading certificates to the CRM
• Reacting to inbound calls

As the Compliance Co-ordinator you will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills and be computer literate with working experience of Excel. Being part of a small team, you will need to be a people person with a friendly manner and the ability to communicate well. A confident and outgoing personality with a can do attitude.
