Key Responsibilities

• Statutory Secretarial Services: Providing high-quality secretarial services across multiple jurisdictions—including Guernsey, Switzerland, Cayman, and Dubai—as well as for main in-house companies.
• Board Meeting Management: Assisting with scheduling board meetings, preparing agendas, ensuring the timely distribution of board papers, and providing guidance on paper structure and clarity.

• Stakeholder Communication: Developing and maintaining strong, proactive relationships with board members, senior management, and non-executive directors to facilitate efficient communication.
• Governance Projects: Assisting with governance-related projects, template development, and potentially maintaining a corporate governance improvement plan based on board evaluations.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, committed professional who possesses the following attributes:

• Experience & Knowledge: A sound understanding of corporate secretarial tasks covering a range of activities, methods, and processes. Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional statutory requirements is essential.
• Technical Skills: The ability to take meeting notes electronically and accurately record complex board decisions.
• Qualifications: Currently studying towards, or having attained, a relevant professional qualification (such as CGI, STEP, or an equivalent) along with meeting current CPD requirements.
• Communication: Effective communication skills with the natural ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences and situations.
