Are you an ACA and/or CTA Qualified Corporate Tax professional with aspirations for equity Partnership?

Tax Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a rare Corporate Director/ Partner opportunity on behalf of a highly reputable firm of Chartered Accountants in Glasgow.

This would suit an ambitious Corporate Tax Senior Manager looking to fast track their career and be a key member of a leading firm's tax leadership team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering bespoke tax advice and solutions to an impressive client base including owner-managed businesses, PLCS, Groups, large listed, UK and international clients.

You will be working in areas such as R&D, Patent Box, Fim Tax credits, Transfer Pricing, EIS/SEIS, Transactional work, Restructuring, Share Schemes, Succession planning and international tax compliance.

Our client is offering a rapid route to Partnership for the right individual, excellent remuneration and benefits package, the opportunity of equity, bonus scheme, health insurance, hybrid working and lots of flexibility. Part time or reduced hours will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Managing a diverse corporate tax portfolio
Working closely with the head of Tax
Managing and supporting the successful delivery of ad hoc tax projects
International tax compliance
Advising companies of their tax liabilities
Research and planning on specific projects
Contributing to winning new work through business development & tenders
Leading client meetings
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:

ACA or CTA Qualified (ideally)
ACCA also considered
Corporate or Mixed tax background from practice
Corporate tax compliance knowledge
Some experience of advisory work
Strong communication skills
