Due to continued growth, Public Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a Corporate Tax Director/ Partner opportunity on behalf of a leading and highly progressive firm in Central Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Tax Senior Manager looking for their next step up or an established Tax Director with apsirations for equity Partnership.

The successful candidate will be ACA or CTA qualified (with post-qualified experience) and be responsible for delivering bespoke tax advice and solutions to a high profile and diverse client base including owner-managed businesses, PLCS, Groups, large listed, UK and international clients including a number of household names.

You will have excellent technical skills and ideally have some experience of M&A work, Corporate reorganisations including demergers and reconstructions, R&D, international tax principals, Property taxation and Employee incentive arrangements.

You will be on hand to support and develop your team, delegate work, monitor progress against deadlines and team performances and leading client meetings.

Requirements:

ACA or CTA Qualified with PQE
Practice experience in a Corporate or Mixed tax focussed role
Experience of advisory work (ideally)
Experience of managing a client portfolio
Strong communication skills
