We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work for our globally established client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of office/admin/customer service work.

The Role:
Reporting to the Office Manager and based in the company's Avonmouth office, as the Customer Service Advisor you will be primarily responsible for playing a key role of support with the office environment. This will include responsibilities within Administration, Customer Service and Sales Support.
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
· Supporting the field sales team
· Processing orders and arranging transport
· Invoicing
· Inventory management
· Telephone and Reception duties
· Accounts payable
· Health and safety management
· Credit control
· Arranging Travel bookings for management

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Customer Service Advisor role will have relevant experience of office/admin/customer service work.
You'll also need experience of handling a varied workload and Microsoft office applications e.g. Word, excel etc.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Strong organisation and attention to detail skills
- Good time-management
- Outstanding communication skills
