Are you a hands-on digital marketer who thrives on creating campaigns that deliver measurable results?
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of all digital marketing activity for a growing technology business. This is an exciting, creative, and data-driven role where you’ll be both strategic and hands-on — managing campaigns, driving engagement, and mentoring a junior marketing team member.

About the Role

As Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for building the company’s online presence, generating leads, and strengthening brand awareness across multiple digital channels. You’ll work closely with leadership and sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals and ensure a strong return on investment from every campaign.

You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor and develop a junior marketing colleague, sharing your expertise and helping shape the future of the marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels.
Create engaging, on-brand content to grow online presence and build community engagement.
Manage, mentor, and support a junior marketing team member.
Plan and schedule regular social media activity (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) focused on lead generation and brand storytelling.
Track and report on campaign performance, demonstrating ROI through clear metrics and analytics.
Manage website content, SEO, and performance improvements.
Use marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp (or similar) to automate, measure, and optimise campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, events, and webinars.
Work with external agencies for supplementary services (e.g., design and PR).
Manage budgets and ensure all marketing activities are aligned with business objectives.

Skills & Experience Required

3–5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within technology or software.
Proven experience planning, executing, and measuring successful digital campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and community engagement.
Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, HubSpot, or similar).
Experience mentoring or supporting junior marketing colleagues.
Experience working with external Marketing/Design/PR agencies.
Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting data to inform decisions.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Degree or recognised qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (CIM desirable).

Personal Attributes

Creative and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Passionate about technology and digital innovation.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Collaborative, proactive, and able to work independently when required.

If you’re ready to take the lead on digital marketing within an ambitious tech business — and enjoy seeing your work deliver real impact — we’d love to hear from you.
