Description
Seeking an Engagement Executive (DE) for a leading online gaming company with offices in Gibraltar - RELOCATION PACKAGE OFFERED!
You will be responsible for managing all betting, graphical and promotional content across all of the company's betting channels and ensuring that content is accurate and prioritized correctly.
Engagement Executive (DE) Responsibilities:
• Devise and execute daily plans, highlighting key events for the German market
• Maintain all content on all channels, ensuring accurate translation and presentation
• Reducing player churn and increasing reactivation rates
• Day-to-day responsibility for the presentation of the website and all communication to customers
• To segment the player database appropriately to ensure that customers receive the appropriate communication for that segment
• Automation of key customer communication events so that customers receive the appropriate communication at the appropriate point in their
lifecycle
Engagement Executive (DE) Experience/Skills:
• Native German speaker (Essential)
• An expert on betting trends with a sharp understanding of customer-facing priorities
• you have a passion for sports betting and an expert level understanding of the sporting calendar
• Someone who enjoys working closely with colleagues and delivering, as part of a team
• Someone who takes direction well and takes responsibility equally well
• An enthusiastic learner with a can-do attitude
