York, who now due to continued expansion and business success, are seeking to appoint Payroll Executive to join their payroll team This position can be OFFICE OR HYBRID based and ideally requires previous experience within a similar end to end payroll processing role within a bureau/accountancy or multi interval payroll processing role within Industry.
You will work as of a friendly team processing your own client payroll across a varied client portfolio. The role is office or hybrid based role, allowing home working for part of the week of up to 2 days at home!

Your New Role As Payroll Executive:
Working at part of a team, hybrid or office based, providing full end to end payroll processing for weekly/monthly/fortnightly payrolls using Sage payroll system, being instrumental in the efficient running of the payroll function on behalf of your own portfolio of clients.
Day To Day Duties:
Full end to end payroll processing - with ideally experience of either SAG payroll systems (training can be provided)
Dealing with BACS payments for clients
Dealing with pensions/auto enrolment
Running your own portfolio of client payrolls and working as a team
Liaison with HMRC, dealing with RTI on behalf of clients
Processing of starters/leavers P45/P46's/P60'sDealing with employee queries
Setting up of new payroll clients
SSP/SMP and more!

The Payroll Executive should possess a high level of attention to detail, be a team player and be able to work on their own initiative.
