Location: Kings Cross (40% homebased)
Basic salary: Negotiable dependent on experience

Overview:

We're specialists, recruiting for amazing brands in the UK's Professional Education, Training and Employability sectors (think Universities, Colleges, Employability and Apprenticeship Provider's).

This is a 180 role which focuses on filling permanent vacancies and engaging existing clients, so no new business development (unless you want to!)

A typical week:

-Source & place top quality talent
-Provide outstanding service & results
-Engage existing clients
-Contribute to ideas & innovations

You'll need the following for this role:

-2 years Consultant or Resourcer agency experience
-Confident & clear communication skills (verbal & written)
-Thrive within a small & growing agency
-Experience of Education, Apprenticeship or Employability sectors (advantageous)

You will receive a holistic induction and training programme which will support your transition into the role and sector.

In addition to a competitive basic salary which develops as you do, uncapped commission, bonuses, external training/qualifications, birthday leave, xmas shut down, flexible working (40% homebased) and a casual dress code, all within a welcoming and progressive working environment.
