Overview:
A varied and busy Resourcer role, supporting a team of consultants place candidates into permanent vacancies across the UK's adult education sector (think Universities, FE Colleges, Employability and Apprenticeship Provider's).
A typical week:
-Source & engage candidates via job boards
-Contact candidates from existing database
-Utilise LinkedIn to source candidates
-Provide ongoing support to consultants
You'll need the following for this role:
-Some recruitment or related sector experience
-Confident communication skills (verbal & written)
-Track record of reliability & professionalism
-Thrive within small & growing company
You will receive a holistic induction and training programme which will support your transition into the role/sector.
In addition to a competitive basic salary which develops as you do, uncapped commission, bonuses, external training/qualifications, birthday leave, xmas shut down, flexible working (home & office) and a casual dress code, all within a welcoming and progressive working environment.
