The Regional General Manager or Operations Manager will have experience of managing multiple centres within the motor trade Service, Maintenance and Repair sector.
A customer service champion, the Regional General Manager will be able to deliver the very best customer experience both directly and through the actions of all of the team. Using experience of the current market the Area Manager will deliver a robust labour plan and colleague engagement and development plan. The Regional Manager will spearhead compliance across the region to exceed DVSA and internal standards and will be able to report and plan confidently and creatively.
The Regional General Manager will be joining a unique motor trade business at an exciting time of growth and planned expansion.
