Axcis Education is currently looking for a secondary school team teach trained TA, based within a PRU in Warrington. This is a full time role working Monday – Friday from 8:30 until 15:30 in an ongoing capacity.

This school support young people with more challenging behaviours to develop alternative strategies to improve their confidence and education through a personalised learning plan and framework. This dedicated school believe that every student can reach their full potential if given the right support. Situated close to the centre of Wigan, the school has great public transport access and ample on and off-site parking.

The roles would involve providing support to the class teacher in small, manageable classes, taking a creative approach to support the delivery of various learning plans, ensuring your pupils reach their maximum potential.

A successful applicant will be a qualified team teach TA and have experience working with secondary school pupils.

Experience working within a PRU or SEND environment is preferred. You should be enthusiastic and passionate about your subject and strive to create and maintain an appropriate learning environment. You will be working in small manageable classrooms providing a range of learning, teaching, assessments, and behaviour management strategies.
