Description
A secondary SEMH school in Bristol BS10 are looking for a teacher to set up a new class in their school. This role will be to cover maternity and the school have said will likely be until November 2023. If you are interested in this role, please get in touch ASAP and we can send over more information.
For this role, you will need:
-to have a great sense of humour
-be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
-enjoy working closely in a team -staff to student ratio is 1:2
-have experience working with individuals with SEMH needs
-have a DBS on the update service, or be able to get one
-be a qualified teacher with QTS
You will need to be patient and caring at all times, and be able to think on your feet! You will be working in a warm but fast-paced environment so will need to be adaptable, resourceful and organised! As an SEMH setting, maintaining a nurturing environment to enable students to thrive and prepare them for the next part of their lives is at the heart of this school.
