Description
A large inner-city mainstream secondary school located in Southwark is searching for a positive, relatable and strong-minded TA to work 1:1 with a 15-year-old boy with SEMH. The role is to start on Monday January 9th and will be 5 days a week for an indefinite (long term) period. The school has an excellent reputation in the world of SEND and the successful candidate will have the support of an experienced behaviour team.
PAY - £80-90 a day depending on experience.

• Be patient and understanding
• Be able to engage with pupil’s interests and show enthusiasm
• Understand the importance of positive reinforcement
