Description
Axcis Education are looking for a teaching assistant, for a role in an Aintree primary school.
The school, is based centrally in the Aintree area and caters for students aged 5 - 11 years old. Many of the students on roll, have additional needs and require 1:1 or small group support. The school are looking for a teaching assistant to start as soon as possible and provide support for students who are struggling to engage in education. The school are looking for a member of staff, to join their team on a long term basis. The staff in school are friendly, inclusive and hard working and they are keen to welcome a new member of staff, into school.
The role, will require you to work on a 1:1 and small group basis with students who have additional needs including autism and ADHD. The role will be full time and school hours are 830am - 330pm Monday - Friday. The role will require you to support students who are struggling to engage in lessons.
The candidate, will be hard working, empathetic, confident and compassionate. The candidate must have experience working with children, ideally within an education setting and be available to start as soon as possible. Pay starts at £12.50 per hour for this role.
