Axcis Education are looking to recruit a teaching assistant for a SEND primary school in Liverpool.

The school cater for students at a primary school age, who have a range of additional needs including MLD, autism and speech and language difficulties. The majority of students will require personal care and / or medication administration. The school is a small, SEND provision who are looking to appoint two new teaching assistants, on a long term basis, to work with students who have additional needs and require extra support. The school, are looking to recruit a hard working, teaching assistant, to start as soon as possible.

The role, will require you to work with students who have additional needs and support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis. The role will require you to start as soon as possible and you will be appointed on a long term basis. The role would suit a candidate who has SEND experience and ideally, have strong behaviour management skills.

Pay for this role, will start at £12.50 per hour and your working hours would be 8.20am - 3.20pm Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate will have childcare experience and ideally, have experience support students with additional needs. Candidates applying for this role must be willing to provide personal care and must be seeking a long term role.
