Description
Axcis Education are currently looking for several teaching assistants, comfortable supporting primary school aged children on a 1:1 level who have SEND needs. This will be working in one of our partnering schools in the Droitwich to Bromsgrove areas, to support a number of potential schools who are currently actively seeking new teaching assistants.
Experience will be required of working whether personally, through a current or past role in a paid or voluntary position with individuals with SEND.

Axcis offers excellent training opportunities, including CPD training sessions on Autism Awareness, Team Teach, Behaviour Management and Non-verbal Communication, to name but a few.
An enhanced DBS is required to start work. If you do not currently have a DBS on the update service, you will need to be able to get one (please note, a DBS costs £44.33, and it is £13 to put it on the update service).
