Description
Axcis Education are recruiting for a teaching assistant to work at a school that caters for children with autism. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 08.30am - 16.00pm and is based in Newton-le-Willows.
Are you an aspiring teaching assistant? Do you have relevant experience from the care, youth or support sector? Are you completing a PGCE and need the relevant experience in order to do so? If you have answered 'yes' to any of these questions, then look no further!
With a recent OUTSTANDING report from OSTED, this is a top-of-the-range school with excellent facilities and staff that go above and beyond what is expected to ensure each child's individual needs are satisfied. You will be working closely with the class teacher, helping students on 1:1 or small group sessions. Previous experience working with children is preferred.
