Axcis Education are currently recruiting for an experience classroom support assistant to work in a highly regarded school just outside of Swanage, Dorset
The role starts in January 2023 and would be to work with secondary aged pupils with an EHCP of SEMH or ASC on a full time basis through until the end of the academic year. The role works with pupils with the purpose of enabling them to improve their social, emotional and academic skills to be the best that they can be.
The school is a purpose built SEND school and supports pupils who aren't able to be best supported in a mainstream environment. The school follows the national curriculum but adapts the teaching style to best support the pupils. The ideal candidate needs to be empathetic, engaging and have experience supporting SEMH pupils in a school environment.
