This couldn’t be more of an exciting time to come and join our Group. Kenton Black are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Dundee, in their thriving and busy Trades and Labour division.
You will receive full in-depth training, with a view to eventually being accountable for growing your desk and providing a very consultative recruitment service to clients and candidates.
You will be required to:
Identify and develop new and existing business relationships
Screen candidates and draw up a shortlist of candidates for clients to interview
Manage a full 360 process
Offering CV, interview and general career advice
Advertise vacancies on job boards and our website
Coaching and leading candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
The role creates a great platform for you to develop within in the business providing career progression throughout. Be based in our Dundee City centre location on a full time basis
You will need to have the drive and determination to succeed in a sales environment, coupled with fantastic communication skills and an ability to work in a fast paced environment. You will need to be sales driven and motivated by money and targets.

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
