Workshop Manager
Location: Farnborough
Hours: Monday - Friday, Saturday mornings when required.
Salary: Up to £36,000 basic + Bonus OTE £45,000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Controller for our client's main dealer site in the Farnborough area. This is a superb opportunity for a Workshop Controller to work for a busy and well-established main dealer site, working for a strong brand.
The Role:
Your main focus will be supervising and prioritising Technicians, Aftersales, and Administration staff accordingly in a very busy workshop.
You will be tasked with supervising a team of technicians to make sure the work is done to a high standard while at a reasonable rate.
It will be your job to make sure the vehicles seamlessly goes through the workshop while liaising with the Service Advisors who can keep the customer fully up to date. This is a vital role to make sure the Technicians keep on their toes but do all the work in the right way.
Requirements:
Must have experience in managing/running a Workshop.
Knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.
Full UK Driver’s license.
