The Workshop Controller will be advanced within their motor trade career. They will be a fantastic communicator and relationship builder - both with management, colleagues and customers. The Workshop Controller will be comfortable coaching / training and will have some supervisory experience. Responsible for motivating a team and quality assusrance of work the Workshop Controller will be target focused and able to make things happen while giving the best of customer experiences.
