what we’re looking for.
Digital know-how: You’ve got at least three years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment. You’re confident with website CMS platforms, SEO best practices, Google Analytics (GA4), A/B testing, and digital campaign tools.

Content creation: Whether it’s writing copy for a new landing page, optimising a meta description, or crafting a social media post – you know how to make words and visuals work together to engage audiences.

Data-driven mindset: You love analysing performance metrics and using insights to tweak, test, and improve campaigns across digital channels.

Collaborative energy: You’re great at working with others – whether it’s chatting with a developer, briefing a designer, or presenting results to senior stakeholders.

Bonus points if you’re familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM systems, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone who’s proactive, organised, and always up for a new challenge.

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Transport Co Ordinator to oversee compliance and operational excellence across multiple client operator licenses. This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong grasp of transport legislation and a commitment to safety and efficiency. A varied and interesting role helping to build and grow a thriving company pursue new opportunities in transport consultancy and training.

Day to day you will:-

Serve as the named Transport Co Ordinator on client operator licenses, ensuring full compliance with statutory undertakings.
Manage maintenance schedules, PMIs, MOTs, tachograph analysis, and drivers’ hours compliance across client fleets.
Conduct audits and compliance checks on client systems and documentation.
Prepare for and support DVSA and Traffic Commissioner inspections.
Provide expert guidance on transport legislation and practical compliance solutions.

   CPC in Road Haulage (National or International).
   In-depth understanding of DVSA compliance, tachographs, drivers’ hours, and operator licensing.
   Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts across diverse sectors.
   Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
   Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, and related IT systems.

Transport & Logistics Manager

The role.

Join a dynamic and collaborative Purchasing team, taking responsibility for enhancing procurement processes. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will work with team members to develop key skills, resolve daily challenges, and maintain supplier relationships. 

This role is Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with the opportunity for hybrid work available after probation. 

Your day-to-day duties include;
•	Manage team activities and provide structured training.
•	Empower team ownership and responsibility.
•	Organize regular updates and meetings with management.
•	Collaborate with other supervisors for a unified approach.
•	Foster a positive, supportive leadership style.
•	Oversee team functions and resolve daily issues.
•	Manage supplier relationships and review lead times.
•	Report on monthly spending, KPIs, and non-conformance.
•	Participate in demand planning, pricing reviews, and procurement improvements.
•	Audit processes, maintain ERP databases, and ensure industry compliance.
•	Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

what we’re looking for.
Leadership skills, commercial awareness and a proactive attitude. Previous experience in a Buyer or Supervisory role, including team coaching and supplier performance development is desirable. Strong analytical skills and negotiation skills is required with advanced computer literacy. You will have excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities and the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environments. Ideally, you’ll be CIPS certified (or prepared to undertake)
