Package: €55,000 basic salary + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits + Rapid Progression.

The Role:
In this brand-new Account Executive position you will be representing an award-winning portfolio of FinTech Software solutions around Tax, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) technology aimed at enterprise clients in a variety of industry sectors. 

Supported by an outstanding marketing and lead generation team, you will be tasked with performing a hybrid role of both business development (new business) and account management of an existing portfolio of clients, primarily in the Netherlands and wider Benelux markets. You will be working in an autonomous sales environment (not micro-managed) so we are looking for self-motivated candidates that can work in a hybrid environment of home and office (Amsterdam).

The Candidate:
Ideally, we require candidates with a demonstrable track record in the FinTech or Financial Software arena who have worked in either a new business or account management capacity. Obviously Tax Software or AR/AP Software experience is desirable, but please still get in touch if you have sold other technology into Finance Departments of corporate clients

You must be driven and self-motivated, with the ability to follow a structured and consultative sales cycle as this company is a global market leader and their clients expect a high-quality level of service and support.

The Package:
Package is ultimately negotiable for an Account Executive, however initial indications are in the region of €55,000 basic salary + Uncapped Commission generating a Year 1 OTE of circa €90k. The Role:
In this brand-new Sales Manager position you will be representing an award-winning portfolio of FinTech/ Financial Software solutions around Tax, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) technology, along with Legal, Risk and Compliance Software, all aimed at enterprise clients in a variety of industry sectors. 

You will be managing a pan-European team of circa 5 Corporate Account Managers/ Account Execu-tives, all corporate-level, 360’ sales professionals closing deal sizes in the region of £50-250k ARR.

The Candidate:
Ideally, we require Sales Manager candidates with a demonstrable track record in the FinTech or Fi-nancial Software arena who have experience managing similar sized sales teams of both new busi-ness and account management disciplines.

You must be driven and self-motivated, with the ability to follow a structured and consultative sales cycle as this company is a global market leader and their clients expect a high-quality level of service and support.

The Package:
Package is ultimately negotiable for a Sales Manager, however initial indications are in the region of £85,000 basic salary + Uncapped Commission generating a Year 1 OTE of circa £150k.
