Role Overview

Our client is the world’s leading supplier of reaction-to-fire testing equipment. During the last 10 years, its Directors and Senior Researchers have participated in British, International, CEN and ASTM standardisation committees, ensuring the company is totally involved in the future of fire testing methods and equipment. From their headquarters in East Grinstead, these instruments are sold worldwide, with over 90% of their production being exported.

Due to exceptional growth, our client now requires an Area Sales Manager who will report to the Sales Director and assist in maximising sales and enhancing the company’s brand.

Duties and Responsibilities

•	Maximise sales and help to obtain annual budget for sales.
•	Relationship building with all job functions related to our disciplines.
•	Help plan regular targeted sales tours, based on marketing intelligence, both alone and/or in the company of other company personnel.
•	Actively look for and lead tender business from release to award.
•	Identify any relevant trade shows, budget and manage them. This includes booking, identifying equipment, people, marketing and shipment to and from the venue.
•	Provide prompt and accurate reports for all sales trips and meetings.
•	Provide feedback to the company’s Support department on any equipment issues and provide support to the customers in the field where able.

Role Overview

The Senior Electronics Engineer will work within the R&D team and will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining hardware and embedded software for our products. The role is responsible for all aspects of product design from feasibility to production, including digital and analogue circuits, and microprocessor circuits and software. The role requires an expert knowledge of digital and analogue electronics and software design and some experience of mechanical design. Knowledge and experience of design for manufacture and product approval processes including EMC is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

•	Develop complex hardware for existing and new products, covering the full product life cycle
•	Develop sophisticated embedded software for microprocessors covering the full software life cycle

Responsible for the operational delivery of Ivanti Endpoint Management Suite (software deployment tool) to apply security improvements and ensure compliance across the front office estate.  Participates in technical project delivery in addition to providing operational 3rd line support of services.  Responsible for root-cause analysis, the delivery of effective resolutions and stakeholder management.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the availability of the Ivanti Endpoint Management Suite and associated services provided through this technology (Patch Management, OS Provisioning, Software Delivery).
- Responsible for the development, implementation and communication of associated Plan, Build, Check and Run activities associated with Ivanti such as the corporate build, patch content creation, packaging deployments, patch deployments, custom content creation for vulnerabilities, queries and reporting and maintenance of an Ivanti environment including migrations and upgrades and security (roles-based access control).
- Responsible for investigation and remediation of any security vulnerabilities in the Front Office estate within agreed timelines and ensuring minimal impact to the customer experience.
- Through standards, ensure security hardening across all Front Office platforms through configuration and regular patch management of both the operating system, Consumer-of-the-shelf (COTS) applications and their software.
- Through continuous improvement, assist in maturing packaging and delivery strategy to include areas such as application delivery, antivirus, security patching, drivers /updates, and endpoint build (PCs/ laptop/VM), and Operating System deployment.

Role Overview

Junior Data Analyst

Senior Financial Accountant / Statutory and Tax Co-Ordinator


Position Overview

This role will be required to act as the Senior Financial accountant for the Gillingham site and the main contact for the UK legal entity for the completion of the Statutory accounts and Tax related matters. The split is currently envisaged to be around 50/50. The Senior Financial accountant part of the role revolves around supporting both the site Financial Controller and the Finance team in the production of monthly and annual reporting and ensuring specifically that there is understanding of process, policy and compliance responsibilities. Responsible for co-ordinating the updating and documenting of current process alongside this. The Statutory and Tax accounting part of the role revolves around the co-ordination, preparation and ownership of the Legal Entity’s Statutory accounts and other statutory returns including tax. This includes the initial preparation, communication and co-ordination with the assisting external accountants and stakeholders through to ensuring timely completion and filing. This role is also the main point of contact for any reporting and queries relating the entity’s Tax position. The Legal entity in question is made up of 3 stand alone trial balances in 3 locations which would require co-ordination with the relevant Financial controllers and local finance teams.


Roles & Responsibilities
