Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements

Review and finalise accounts prepared by junior staff

Provide technical support and training to team members

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

Assist with business development and contribute to the growth of the practice

Requirements:

Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Ability to lead, mentor and motivate a team

Commercial awareness and the drive to contribute to practice growth
