Responsibilities
Managing a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns
Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior team members
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal processes
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting partners with advisory and project work
Requirements
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified (QBE also considered)
Strong technical knowledge across accounts and compliance
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively
Confident in leading teams and supporting junior staff
