The role will involve working closely with a varied portfolio of clients, ranging from sole traders to limited companies, across a range of sectors. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, tax computations, and providing general support to junior staff and clients. Responsibilities:
Preparation and review of statutory accounts for a range of clients
Preparing tax computations and returns
Supervising and mentoring junior team members
Assisting with client queries and building strong client relationships
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and deadlines
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA Qualified or Part Qualified
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) is desirable
