Salary: up to £40,000 per annum plus bonus

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager for our client’s main dealer site in the Birmingham area. This is an excellent opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to join a busy and well-established main dealer, representing a fantastic brand. We will also consider Senior Service Advisors seeking the next step in their career.

Role Overview - Aftersales Manager
• Manage a busy and professional department, overseeing all aspects: from the day-to-day running of the workshop and managing technicians/mechanics to achieve maximum productivity, to ensuring service advisors are customer-focused and meet upselling targets, while monitoring KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure key objectives and strategies are met. We seek someone who is continually looking to improve the department and exceed targets.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, work effectively with staff to optimise departmental performance, and take ownership of the department. This is a high-volume department with a strong reputation in the area.

Requirements - Aftersales Manager
• Experience in a large site and prestige brand background is essential. The scale of the operation you've managed, along with a proven track record of success, is crucial.
• A solid and proven Aftersales Management background is essential; we require an individual of the highest calibre.
• At least 3 years of main dealership experience is required.
• Familiarity with relevant systems such as Kerridge, Pinnacle, and 1Link would be advantageous.
