Salary: £35,000 – OTE £50,000

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in the Motor Industry based in Chingford. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a sales environment and will be able to demonstrate their ability to develop and maintain relationships with both customers and colleagues.

Assistant Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
• Working with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth in Sales.
• Developing and managing relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Developing plans to increase customer loyalty.
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Monitoring competitor activity and trends in the industry.
• Preparing reports and analysis of sales performance.
Assistant Sales Manager Technical Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Experience in working with customers and suppliers.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
