Salary: £44,000 - £54,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
Lead audit and accounts assignments from planning through to completion
Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing training and feedback
Review work and provide technical guidance to the team
Assist in business development and client relationship management
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified
At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in leading audit engagements and managing teams
