As Audit and Accounts Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a varied client portfolio, leading audits from planning through to completion, and reviewing accounts prepared by the team. You will play a key role in mentoring junior staff, ensuring quality of service, and developing strong client relationships. This position provides the chance to enhance both your technical and leadership skills within a supportive, forward-looking firm. Key Responsibilities
Lead audits from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with UK auditing standards
Manage a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries
Review financial statements and accounts prepared by junior staff
Provide technical guidance and support to the team
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assist with staff training and development
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified
At least five years' audit and accounts experience in a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage and develop junior staff
