Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients
Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
Reviewing accounts and tax computations
Providing support, guidance, and training to junior team members
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Contributing to business development and practice growth
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (QBE also considered)
At least six years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience in managing a portfolio of clients
Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset
