As an Audit and Accounts Senior, you will take ownership of a mixed portfolio of clients, leading audit assignments, preparing statutory accounts, and supporting junior team members. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion
Prepare year-end accounts
Supervise, mentor, and review work prepared by junior staff
Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality advice
Ensure compliance with UK accounting and auditing standards
Work closely with Partners and Managers on complex assignments
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge across both audit and accounts
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
