Key Responsibilities
Leading and reviewing audit assignments across a varied portfolio of not-for-profit clients
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, managing relationships with professionalism and sensitivity
Supervising, coaching, and supporting the development of junior and semi-senior audit staff
Supporting partners and managers on complex assignments and technical matters specific to the not-for-profit sector
Ensuring all assignments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standard
Keeping up to date with developments in charity SORP, UK auditing standards, and relevant regulatory requirements

Requirements
ACA or ACCA qualified with a strong audit background and experience within the not-for-profit sector
At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven ability to lead audit assignments and manage client relationships confidently and effectively
Strong technical knowledge of charity SORP, UK auditing standards, and financial reporting frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and empathetic client-facing manner
Well organised with a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
