As Audit Assistant Manager, you will work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting audit engagements from planning through to completion. You will also be involved in mentoring junior staff, liaising directly with clients, and playing an active role in the development of the audit function. Key Responsibilities
Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Reviewing work to ensure compliance with relevant standards
Identifying opportunities for business development and process improvements

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified
A minimum of four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively
