Key Responsibilities
Lead audits from planning through to completion
Liaise directly with clients and manage on-site teams
Review work and provide support to junior staff
Identify areas for improvement and provide solutions
Work closely with senior management to deliver high-quality service

Requirements
ACA/ACCA Qualified (or equivalent)
At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong experience in audit and accounts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and mentor junior staff
