As Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in planning and delivering audits, managing junior staff, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with Partners and senior management, gaining exposure to complex and interesting audit work while continuing to develop your technical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
Planning and leading audits from fieldwork through to completion
Supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members
Liaising with clients to ensure a smooth audit process
Preparing audit reports and discussing findings with clients
Identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency
Supporting the development and training of junior staff

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified
At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
Experience using audit software would be advantageous
