Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and complete audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio
Review audit files and ensure compliance with relevant standards
Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff
Build strong client relationships and provide high-quality service
Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and efficiency
Support the wider team with technical queries and staff development
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or finalist
Strong background in external audit
Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
