As Audit Director, you will be instrumental in shaping the audit strategy and ensuring compliance and quality across the department. You will work closely with Partners and other Directors, mentoring the audit team and supporting their continued professional development.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
Act as Responsible Individual (RI) on audits, signing off audit reports
Drive quality, compliance, and best practices across the audit function
Manage and mentor a team of audit professionals, supporting their development
Work closely with Partners and Directors on strategy and business development
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for added value
Requirements:
Must be ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
RI status or eligibility to become an RI
Proven leadership experience within audit
Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
