The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the audit department, managing a portfolio of key clients, and contributing to the strategic development of the firm. You will work closely with Partners and senior leadership to deliver high-quality audits, nurture client relationships, and support the development of junior team members. Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
Manage, mentor, and support a team of audit professionals
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Contribute to business development and strategic planning
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Significant audit experience at a senior level within Practice
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
