As Audit Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients, leading and mentoring audit teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. You will work closely with Partners and Directors, contributing to the firm’s continued growth and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities:
Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion
Supervise, develop, and support junior members of the team
Review work and provide constructive feedback
Liaise directly with clients, Partners, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
Assist with business development and client relationship management
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proven ability to manage a varied portfolio of clients and deadlines
